Dear Stacey,

Hope you are well. I just came across your blog on Mongolia. Great stuff! I am writing to you because my partner and I are launching a website that will be populated with cross-cultural information about every country in the world. We will be looking to the web community to help do this with all the information being available for free. I was wondering if you and/or members from your community may be able to help us out with the Mongolia pages. We would love your input. Let me know if you would be open to this and I'll send along a brief questionnaire. Please also feel free to check out the website, become a member (it's free!) and add to the guide.

Thank you for your time!

Best,

I can totally see you going crazy.

Looks like I am moving again after just getting out of downtown area. Life has been a bit crazy. I probably need to get you caught up on the new developments.

Time to refill my phone card!

Miss you so much!

I am a RPCV from St.Lucia 1998-2000. I came to find that one of my old friends, whom I met when she visited St.Lucia in 2000, is now a PCV in Mongolia. Her name is Reagan Crowley. Do you have a current address/email where I can reach her and perhaps send a care package. I know how important packages from friends were to me when I was in country. Any help would be appreciated.

hi...
my name is samira, im a health pcv in moldova and im thinking of doing my cos trip this summer in mongolia. ive always wanted to sleep in a ger and get drunk on milk. anyway, i saw your blog and was wondering where you live, where you've traveled, and so on....
im planning on taking the transiberian from moscow to ub at the end of july and spending at least the month of august wandering around mongolia. hopefully ill be able to do a summer camp with vfp for about two weeks. do you know of any other organizations that need volunteers this summer? how safe/unsafe do you think it is for a female to travel alone in mongolia?
ok, thanks for any informaiton you can impart.

Nice story reminding me of simple pleasures with folks in Peace Corps land. I was in Namibia 04/05. The least densely populated country in the world...besides Mongolia. Happy New Year!
